1. Arrival Time: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please contact us in advance.

2. Access Details: The chalet uses a secure keyless entry system. Your unique access code will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival.

3. Getting Settled: Upon entering, you’ll find a welcome guide with everything you need to know about the chalet, including Wi-Fi information, nearby attractions, and contact details for assistance.
